Press booklet
A booklet produced
before the Second World War by Baptist Mission Press, Calcutta.
It is likely that it was designed by Norman Ellis, a skilled
printer and typographer (later the Superintendent) soon after
joining the Press in 1931.
Printed letterpress
in two spot colours (sepia and blue). A 4 page cover of marbled
paper and an 8 page, under-sized inner, on cream art paper. An
extra two pages have been glued to the inner back and printed
one side only, in sepia, on a light terracotta coloured paper.
Size: 120mm deep x 185mm wide.
